He has proven competence in improving technology and process methodology which has led to publications in both the United States and Europe. Walter received his Six Sigma certifications from General Electric, and has since been applying and developing this methodology in innovative ways. After coming to El Paso over 20 years ago, Walter has set his sights on helping the Sun City grow by bringing green energy and aging retrofits to the forefront of home construction. Walter has consulted for companies such as General Motors, Siemens, and Phillips.
Oscar has over 30 years of technical sales experience building industrial equipment, medical devices and energy efficiency technology. His experience includes over 16 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience. Additionally, Oscar has 10 years of experience managing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Oscar has been responsible for the sales, design, permitting, and installation of over 80 solar systems in West Texas and New Mexico. He is the previous owner of Sol Solution (Solar Integrator) for 5 years and holds certifications in Orthotics Fitting, Assistive Technology, and Solar Sales (Boots on the Roof) through industry sponsored training programs.
Moises holds a Master Electricians license in Texas, New Mexico and has experience working in solar residential installations. As the owner of Secure Electric for over 16 years, Moises is committed in providing quality, custom work and excellent customer service. Moises is a community conscious business owner who prides himself in being a reliable team member. Moises is a lifelong El Pasoan, dedicated father and husband.

Michael comes to Dawco from the world of commercial construction. After graduating first in his civil engineering class, Michael spent several years in geotechnical engineering and materials testing, before managing ground-up construction of a $30 million elementary school. Since moving to Dallas, Michael has successfully managed a number of multimillion-dollar construction projects across the United States. Michael brings significant experience in all building trades, quality control, process management and a devilish eye for details to Dawco’s expansion into the Dallas market.

Zaira was drawn to Dawco for its commitment to “health housing” through business innovations. A recent graduate with high distinction and honors in English Literature, Zaira brings to the table a zeal for research, data analysis, and content creation. Prior to Dawco, she served on various policy-driven public health organizations like GlobeMed and the University of Rochester Student Health Association Committee where she successfully managed several projects, committees, and budgets. She has also served as a Congressional staffer, and a political researcher in both Texas and New York.

serving as a V.P. of both Commercial and Consumer Lending. His dedication to helping people and businesses alike has brought him to Dawco, as it embraces an innovative and easy way of lending. Since his start in Consumer Lending at Transpecos Banks of Pecos, Texas, Art has successfully opened and managed new branches for Transpecos Banks in Alpine, Texas, and Pioneer Banks of Roswell here in El Paso. He has also had success assisting people with their mortgages while helping to manage the Wells Fargo and Pioneer Banks Mortgage Divisions. Art brings his knowledge of Commercial Lending to Dawco from his extensive work with both small business owners and ranchers alike while handling commercial lending for Transpecos Banks, Pioneer Banks and First National Banks of Fabens.

Arturo, one of the original cofounders of Dawco has over 20 years of experience working in real estate within the El Paso/Las Cruces area, as well as conducting business in Odessa, Midland and San Antonio. He has worked consistently in residential, commercial, new construction, foreclosures and HUD properties under Miner Real Estate, as well as owning and operating Permian Credit Repair Advisors. He was recognized from the Texas Senate as one of the Top 20 Realtors in El Paso TX; a Multi-Million Dollar Producer; and was a key member of a 10 million dollar grant (Neighbor Stabilization Program) from Washington DC HUD Housing Department to rehabilitate and sell foreclosure properties in 2010. He is always looking for new ways to innovate and create opportunities to serve the needs of the residential and commercial market.
